In the first stage (2025-2026), we will focus on in-depth research and writing, publishing essays, and sharing the stories of Upstate New York’s past. In Stage Two (2026-2027), we plan to bring these stories to life on stage and screen, collaborating with local theaters and institutions. Our long-term goal is to create a cultural movement that revitalizes the history and spirit of Upstate New York.
